With over 20 years of experience in strategic management, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse array of organizations—from large corporations and medium-sized companies to family businesses and consulting firms—on their ventures in Brazil. My career has connected me with clients from across the globe, including the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe, the United Arab Emirates, Japan, and China.

I also had the unique opportunity to establish a Brazilian oil company from the ground up, without personal capital. This company successfully completed an IPO in 2020, evolving into one of Brazil’s leading independent oil and gas companies. Today, it produces over 50,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day and employs more than a thousand people nationwide, with operations onshore and offshore. I am deeply proud of this achievement—not only for the company’s success but also for the positive impact on countless families through job creation and economic growth. I retired from my executive role at age 40, with a profound sense of accomplishment and the desire to leave a lasting legacy.

I founded Brazilian Advisory Partners to contribute to Brazil’s economic prosperity by facilitating the entry of global corporations, mid-sized businesses, and family enterprises into the Brazilian market. I am passionate about helping companies realize untapped potential and achieve profitability in ways they may not have previously imagined.

There is a saying that Brazil is the "country of the future." Yet, today, numerous companies—many of them relatively new to Brazil—are already making millions or even billions in profits here. The Brazilian market holds astronomical potential that remains largely unexplored by countless companies that could be achieving substantial financial success.
